At BLCK Hair Care, every product is crafted and packaged with care to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

All Sales Are Final

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or unopened items. This policy helps us maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eternalderm.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and packaging details. Our team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once your order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

BLCK Hair Care is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. If your tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving shipping concerns.
