Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. BLCK Hair Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Orders cannot be replaced or refunded due to address errors.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email info@eternalderm.com within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
